Tate Consulting are appointed by Asda to carry out the technical due diligence and co-ordination for the acquisition of circa. 50 acres of land to construct their latest cold store and service centre.
Tate co-ordinated the planning, archaeology, ecology, acoustic, geology, hydrology, transport and infrastructure consultants to provide a single point of reporting direct to Asda. With our purpose designed due diligence risk matrix, we were able to quantify the risk exposure and risk to delivery for a range of possible sites.
Tate Consulting has been working with the education group who are bidding to acquire and bring back into use the Earth Centre at Doncaster. If successful, it could see the construction of a 700 bed accommodation facility.
Tate Consulting is in discussions with a development partner and the local planners to create the regions first large scale photo voltaic farms. The PV farm will take up almost 15 acres and produce around 3MW of power.
